Key Responsibilities :

• Product Knowledge:
Possessing in-depth knowledge of the technical specifications, applications, and benefits of tooling products.

• Sales & Marketing:
Identifying potential customers, presenting product information, demonstrating capabilities, and closing sales.

• Customer Support:
Providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Relationship Building:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

• Market Analysis:
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Skills Required:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and related technologies.

• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Sales Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.

• Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationship.
