Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications :
• Minimum 6+ years of UAE experience in building construction projects.
* Expertise in preparing BOQS,cost estimates, and tender documents.
* Strong knowledge of UAE construction market rates,suppliers & subcontractors.
* proficiency in estimation software (Candy,MS Excel etc)
* Ability to coordinate with project managers,procurement &. engineering teams.
* Must be currently residing in UAE.
* Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred
